Although I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a "superbill," an invoice required by insurance companies for direct reimbursement. Most clients receive between 20-80% reimbursement for their sessions. Please contact your insurance company for additional information about your reimbursement rate.
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA cards, and flex cards. If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, clients are responsible for the full fee.

Payment
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. If you are not using insurance or are paying out of pocket, you can request an estimate before starting services. If you ever receive a bill that is $400 or more than your estimate, you can dispute the charge. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
